Our application engineering begins with a technical feasibility study. Our experienced lab technicians and engineers evaluate your bentonite clay in our laboratory to determine if it’s suitable for stiff extrusion. The second step is a commercial feasibility study, to determine the baseline equipment required to make an agglomerated and pelletized product for purification of wastewater or sludge dewatering. Once this is complete, you can decide whether stiff extrusion is the right technology for your project.
